Dragana Djermanović is a Growth Guide [GRWTH Guide] – personal and professional growth advisor. Through her extensive career, this businesswoman has mentored more than 1000 managers, leaders, public figures, and founders.

As a representative of the European Public Relations Education and Research Association (EUPRERA) and Euroblog Association, Dragana was an honorable jury member for Global Social Media Awards, a jury member for the “Morpheus Cup” – a unique European Universities & Graduate Schools’ championship  – and a respectable ambassador of WebIT Committee of Internet Practitioners of South-Eastern Europe. Additionally, she was a jury member and honorary representative for European ICT awards in Luxembourg. Dragana is the only Serbian businessperson enlisted in Hundert’s top 100 female entrepreneurs in Europe  – a list confirmed by the renowned American magazine Forbes.

Furthermore, Dragana received the most significant recognition for women entrepreneurship in Serbia, “Success Flower,” presented by the Association of Business Women of Serbia.  At the Global Women’s Economic Forum in India (WEF17), Dragana was proclaimed “Woman of the Decade” in the field of social media and leadership, the most prestigious global recognition for her work. Committed to knowledge and human empowerment, Dragana serves as a member of the advisory board of the Tesla Science Center at Wardenclyffe (USA), along with some of the biggest names in the global business arena such as Elon Musk, Vint Cerf, and one of the best athletes of all time, Novak Djokovic. Dragana is also a member of the advisory board of the Women Economic Forum, recognized as a goodwill ambassador for her efforts in connecting more than 1000 women in the global business sisterhood. Dragana was awarded as the Business Woman of the Year by the Vojvodina Chamber of Commerce, being recognized and awarded for her outstanding business results on a global, European, regional, and national level.

The honorary title “Architect of Tomorrow” was awarded to her in Brussels by the Emerging Europe organization for her outstanding contribution to developing the leaders of the future.

Dragana Djermanovic was a keynote speaker at some of the most significant global business events in Canada, Germany, Luxembourg, India, China, the USA, France, as well as at the most eminent business events in her home country and within the Balkan region.

She holds a Ph.D. from the Faculty of Technical Sciences (Department of Industrial Engineering and Management), and a BA in Philosophy. She was born on April 29, 1981, and is married and madly in love with the father of her two fantastic daughters, Nikolina and Jovana.
