Dr Dragana Vujović Đermanović — the most awarded business mentor in the region.
But before she became one, she walked the very path she now helps others navigate. At one of Serbia’s largest banks, she became the youngest manager in the country’s history. She has been an entrepreneur for nearly two decades: she runs her own consulting company and, as a co-founder, launched and monetized her startup over ten years ago. She is an investor, speaker, author of academic papers, and of the developmental toolkit “Biti uspešan” (Being Successful) — the first of its kind in the region to unite personal and professional growth into a single system with practical tools.

Today she works with leaders, managers, entrepreneurs and companies. She helps them make better decisions, build stronger teams, delegate smarter, advance faster and align their work with the life they want to live. She has led teams across continents, advised executives and public figures in finance, media, sports, business, startups and politics. She mentors young entrepreneurs, students and startup teams. Over the course of her career, she has contributed to the personal and professional development of more than 1,000 successful business professionals. Among her long-standing clients was world tennis champion Novak Đoković.
But awards and biography don’t speak about her as loudly as her people do:
“Gaga is a mentor who combines a deep understanding of business with a genuine feel for people. Her approach is never formulaic — she sees the bigger picture, recognizes potential, and gently but decisively guides a person toward a clearer understanding of themselves, their goals and how to achieve them. I would say Gaga is truly one of a kind.” — Vladimir Matijević, GM, Kimtek
“Completely different from anything else, because she starts from what matters most — the person. Available to all of us at any time, yet never imposing, always with a concrete HOW and WHY that is BEST for us and for the organization.” — Sedina Memagić, Member of the Board, Alma Ras
“I came to Gaga to save my life. And if I can say — and I can — that I got exactly that, then I don’t think I can say anything more.” — Adam Malešević, GM & Co-owner, Faculty of Dentistry, Pančevo

Awards and Recognition
At the World Women’s Economic Forum in India, Dragana was proclaimed “Woman of the Decade in Social Media and Leadership” — the most prestigious global recognition in her field. Alongside some of the biggest names in global business, including Elon Musk and one of the “Fathers of the Internet,” Vint Cerf, she is a member of the Advisory Board of the Tesla Science Center at Wardenclyffe (USA).
The honorary title “Architect of Tomorrow” was awarded to her in Brussels by Emerging Europe for her outstanding contribution to developing the leaders of the future. The “Business Woman of the Year” award was presented to her by the Vojvodina Chamber of Commerce for exceptional business results. The most significant recognition for female entrepreneurship in Serbia — “The Flower of Success” — was awarded to her as well, and she was listed among the Top 100 Female Entrepreneurs in Europe by the German magazine The Hundert, as featured by Forbes.

She served as an honorary jury member for the prestigious Social Media Awards representing the European Public Relations Education and Research Association (EUPRERA) and the Euroblog Association, as a jury member for the European ICT Awards in Luxembourg, for the “Morpheus Cup” — one of the most prominent student competitions in Europe, and as Jury Chairperson for the EIT Change-maker Award at the EIT Summit 2024, organized by the European Institute of Innovation and Technology.
The Women Economic Forum appointed Dr. Vujović Đermanović as a member of its Advisory Board and a Goodwill Ambassador, following her successful efforts to connect thousands of women to global sales and advisory networks. With this, she has received the highest recognitions for her work at the global, European, regional, and national levels.
Speaking and Appearances
Over the course of her career, she has delivered hundreds of talks at public events, conferences, panels, and symposiums, as well as for companies and startups at internal events. She has spoken at conferences in Canada, Germany, India, Luxembourg, China, France, the United States, Singapore, and the Netherlands, as well as at the most prominent business events in her home country and across the region. Her public appearances have, without exception, received the highest marks.

“I heard comments like: ‘I didn’t know I could learn so much in a single session.’ Many messages truly resonated with our participants. The interest was enormous — the room was completely full, and unfortunately, some people couldn’t get in for safety reasons.” — Martina Orsulova, Policy Officer, European Commission
“I had a prejudice: why do we need a speaker from Serbia, don’t we have anyone in Slovenia? How wrong I was — Gaga is truly something extraordinary! She gave me the motivation for even bolder changes. She has an exceptional gift — she knows how to make the most of time. Her approach is phenomenal: she can reveal your weak spots without you even noticing. Warm-hearted, smart, warm, and professional. Honestly, a queen.” — Mojca Drča, Head of HR, Ministry of Health, Republic of Slovenia
Education and Personal
She holds a PhD and a Master’s degree from the Faculty of Technical Sciences at the University of Novi Sad, where she also completed her undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Philosophy. She was born on April 29, 1981, and is the mother of Nikolina (24) and Jovana (20).
